Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026 (Brasília time)
Version in force, legally reviewed and approved by the administration. Material changes are communicated to active accounts before they take effect.
1. Who controls your data
The controller of personal data processed at VOO 56 is ZASTrader Pro Consultoria, Cursos, Treinamentos e Softwares Ltda, CNPJ 52.323.983/0001-09. Requests concerning personal data, including the rights granted by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), should be sent to contato@voo56.com — the same channel that acts as data protection officer.
2. What data we collect
Registration: full name, e-mail, WhatsApp and CPF, or CNPJ and company name with the responsible person. Address: postcode, street, number, complement, district, city and state, when you buy physical products. Financial: subscribed level, amounts, payment status and billing identifiers — we neither receive nor store card numbers. Usage: questions and answers from VOO IA, messages exchanged in the Ambassador community, messages sent through the contact form, and technical access logs.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
To perform the contract (art. 7, V): maintain your account, release content for your level, process subscriptions and orders, deliver products and run the Ambassador Programme. To comply with legal obligations (art. 7, II): tax records and retention of access logs. Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): platform security, fraud prevention and aggregated audience measurement. Consent (art. 7, I): communications not necessary to provide the service, where applicable.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what the service needs, and we do not sell personal data. Asaas, to process payments: name, CPF or CNPJ, e-mail and phone. Melhor Envio and carriers, to deliver: name and address. Resend, to send platform e-mails: e-mail address and message content. Anthropic, for artificial intelligence features: the text of questions asked to VOO IA and of content submitted for generation or translation. Supabase and HostGator, for database and hosting, both with servers in São Paulo.
5. International data transfers
The artificial intelligence and e-mail delivery services are provided by companies based in the United States, which constitutes an international transfer under article 33 of the LGPD. The transfer is based on performance of the contract and is limited to what those features strictly require. You can use the platform without invoking VOO IA, in which case none of your content is sent for AI processing.
6. Audience measurement without third parties
Website audience measurement runs on our own server, not through third-party analytics services. In practice, your browsing data is not shared with advertising platforms and does not feed commercial profiles outside VOO 56. The metrics are aggregated and are not intended to identify individual visitors.
7. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. When you arrive through an Ambassador's link, a cookie stores the referral code so the right person is credited, and it is discarded as soon as registration completes. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. How long we keep it
Registration data is kept while the account exists. Tax and financial records follow the periods required by tax law. Access logs are kept for six months, under article 15 of the Internet Civil Framework. Once the account is closed and those periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights and how to exercise them
The LGPD grants you: confirmation that processing exists, access to your data, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share with, and withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to contato@voo56.com and are answered within fifteen days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first — precisely so that your data is not handed to someone else.
10. Security
Access control lives in the database itself, with rules that limit each account to what belongs to it, not only in the website interface. Passwords are stored irreversibly and cannot be read by us. Traffic is encrypted, the server accepts administrative connections only by cryptographic key, and financial events are logged for auditing.
11. Children and adolescents
The platform is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If such an account is identified, it is closed and the data deleted. Guardians who find an account created by a minor in their care may request deletion through the contact channel.
12. Artificial intelligence and automated decisions
VOO 56 does not make automated decisions affecting your rights, such as granting credit or profiling to restrict access. Artificial intelligence is used to generate content, translate texts and answer questions — always as a support tool, subject to human review and without legal effects on you.
13. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the platform, to contracted suppliers or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page, and material changes are communicated to active accounts.
14. Contact and complaints
Questions, requests and complaints about personal data: contato@voo56.com. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). This is a courtesy translation: in case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
