Tomorrow's Anxiety and Daily Provision
By Davi Secundo de Souza · September 16, 2026
There is a silent restlessness that accompanies many of us: concern about what has not yet arrived. We plan, calculate, anticipate problems that may never exist, and in this exercise we spend today the strength we should use to live the present. Jesus, when teaching about anxiety, is not condemning responsible planning, but exposing the root of a soul that insists on carrying the weight of a day that is not yet its own. "Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble." Matthew 6:34
