Psalms 98

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

mizmor shiru layhvah shir chadash ki-niflaot asah hoshiah-lo yemino uzroa kadsho

2O SENHOR fez ser conhecida sua salvação; perante os olhos das nações ele mostrou sua justiça.

הוֹדִ֣יעַ יְ֭הוָה יְשׁוּעָת֑וֹ לְעֵינֵ֥י הַ֝גּוֹיִ֗ם גִּלָּ֥ה צִדְקָתֽוֹ׃

hodia Yahweh yeshuato leene hagoyim gilah tsidkato

zachar chasdo veemunato levet yisrael rau chal-afse-arets et yeshuat elohenu

4Gritai de alegria ao SENHOR, toda a terra; clamai, cantai alegres, e tocai salmos.

הָרִ֣יעוּ לַֽ֭יהוָה כָּל־הָאָ֑רֶץ פִּצְח֖וּ וְרַנְּנ֣וּ וְזַמֵּֽרוּ׃

hariu layhvah kal-haarets pitschu verannu vezameru

5Tocai ao SENHOR com harpa; com harpa, e com a voz da música;

זַמְּר֣וּ לַיהוָ֣ה בְּכִנּ֑וֹר בְּ֝כִנּ֗וֹר וְק֣וֹל זִמְרָֽה׃

zamru layhvah bechinor bechinor vekol zimrah

6Com trombetas, e som de cornetas, clamai alegremente diante do Rei SENHOR.

בַּ֭חֲצֹ֣צְרוֹת וְק֣וֹל שׁוֹפָ֑ר הָ֝רִ֗יעוּ לִפְנֵ֤י ׀ הַמֶּ֬לֶךְ יְהוָֽה׃

bachatsotsrot vekol shofar hariu lifne hamelech Yahweh

7Faça barulho o mar com sua plenitude; o mundo com os que nele habitam.

יִרְעַ֣ם הַ֭יָּם וּמְלֹא֑וֹ תֵּ֝בֵ֗ל וְיֹ֣שְׁבֵי בָֽהּ׃

yiram hayam umloo tevel veyoshve vah

8Que os rios batam palmas, que as montanhas juntamente se alegrem,

נְהָר֥וֹת יִמְחֲאוּ־כָ֑ף יַ֝֗חַד הָרִ֥ים יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃

neharot yimchau-chaf yachad harim yeranenu

9Diante do SENHOR, porque ele vem para julgar a terra; ele julgará ao mundo com justiça, e aos povos de forma correta.

לִֽפְֽנֵי־יְהוָ֗ה כִּ֥י בָא֮ לִשְׁפֹּ֪ט הָ֫אָ֥רֶץ יִשְׁפֹּֽט־תֵּבֵ֥ל בְּצֶ֑דֶק וְ֝עַמִּ֗ים בְּמֵישָׁרִֽים׃

lifne-Yahweh ki va lishpot haarets yishpot-tevel betsedek veamim bemesharim
