Psalms 73

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

mizmor leasaf ach tov leyisrael elohim levare levav

vaani kimat ntvy raglay keayin shfchh ashuray

ki-kineti bahollim shelom reshaim ereh

ki en chartsubot lemotam uvari ulam

5Não são tão oprimidos como o homem comum, nem são afligidos como os outros homens;

lachen anakatmo gaavah yaataf-shit chamas lamo

yatsa mechelev enemo avru maskiot levav

8Eles são escarnecedores e oprimem falando mal e falando arrogantemente.

yamiku vidabru vera oshek mimarom yedaberu

shatu vashamayim pihem ulshonam tihalach baarets

lachen yshyv amo halom ume male yimatsu lamo

11E dizem: Como Deus saberia? Será que o Altíssimo tem conhecimento [disto] ?

hineh-eleh reshaim veshalve olam hisgu-chayil

13[Cheguei a pensar] : Certamente purifiquei meu coração e lavei minhas mãos na inocência inutilmente,

ach-rik zikiti levavi vaerchats benikayon kapay

14Porque sou afligido o dia todo, e castigado toda manhã.

vaehi nagua kal-hayom vetochachti labkarim

15Se eu tivesse dito [isto] , eu falaria dessa maneira; eis que teria decepcionado a geração de teus filhos.

im-amarti asaprah chemo hineh dor banecha vagadti

16Quando tentei entender, isto me pareceu trabalhoso.

vaachashvah ladaat zot amal hy veenay

ach bachalakot tashit lamo hipaltam lemashuot

ech hayu leshamah cheraga safu tamu min-balahot

20Como o sonho depois de acordar, ó Senhor, quando tu acordares desprezarás a aparência deles;

kachalom mehakits adonay bair tsalmam tivzeh

ki yitchamets levavi vechilyotay eshtonan

22Então me comportei como tolo, e nada sabia; tornei-me como um animal para contigo.

vaani-vaar velo eda behemot hayiti imach

23Porém [agora estarei] continuamente contigo; tu tens segurado minha mão direita.

vaani tamid imach achazta beyad-yemini

24Tu me guiarás com teu conselho, e depois me receberás [em] glória.

baatsatcha tancheni veachar kavod tikacheni

mi-li vashamayim veimcha lo-chafatsti vaarets

26Minha carne e meu coração desfalecem; [porém] Deus [será] a rocha do meu coração e minha porção para sempre.

kalah sheeri ulvavi tsur-levavi vechelki elohim leolam

ki-hineh rechekecha yovedu hitsmatah kal-zoneh mimecha

28Mas [quanto] a mim, bom me é me aproximar de Deus; ponho minha confiança no Senhor DEUS, para que eu conte todas as tuas obras.
