Psalms 100

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

1Salmo de louvor: Gritai de alegria ao SENHOR toda a terra!

מִזְמ֥וֹר לְתוֹדָ֑ה הָרִ֥יעוּ לַ֝יהוָ֗ה כָּל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃

mizmor letodah hariu layhvah kal-haarets

2Servi ao SENHOR com alegria; vinde com alegre canto perante sua presença.

עִבְד֣וּ אֶת־יְהוָ֣ה בְּשִׂמְחָ֑ה בֹּ֥אוּ לְ֝פָנָ֗יו בִּרְנָנָֽה׃

ivdu et-Yahweh besimchah bou lefanayv birnanah

3Sabei que o SENHOR é Deus; foi ele, e não nós, que nos fez seu povo, e ovelhas de seu pasto.

דְּע֗וּ כִּֽי־יְהוָה֮ ה֤וּא אֱלֹ֫הִ֥ים הֽוּא־עָ֭שָׂנוּ ולא אֲנַ֑חְנוּ עַ֝מּ֗וֹ וְצֹ֣אן מַרְעִיתֽוֹ׃

deu ki-Yahweh hu elohim hu-asanu vl anachnu amo vetson marito

4Entrai pelas portas dele com agradecimento, por seus pátios com canto de louvor; agradecei a ele, [e] bendizei o seu nome.

בֹּ֤אוּ שְׁעָרָ֨יו ׀ בְּתוֹדָ֗ה חֲצֵרֹתָ֥יו בִּתְהִלָּ֑ה הֽוֹדוּ־ל֝֗וֹ בָּרֲכ֥וּ שְׁמֽוֹ׃

bou shearayv betodah chatserotayv bithilah hodu-lo barachu shemo

5Porque o SENHOR é bom, sua bondade [dura] para sempre; e a fidelidade dele [continua] de geração após geração.

כִּי־ט֣וֹב יְ֭הֹוָה לְעוֹלָ֣ם חַסְדּ֑וֹ וְעַד־דֹּ֥ר וָ֝דֹ֗ר אֱמוּנָתֽוֹ׃

ki-tov Yahweh leolam chasdo vead-dor vador emunato
