1E a porção dos filhos de José saiu desde o Jordão de Jericó até as águas de Jericó até o oriente, ao deserto que sobe de Jericó ao monte de Betel:
וַיֵּצֵ֨א הַגּוֹרָ֜ל לִבְנֵ֤י יוֹסֵף֙ מִיַּרְדֵּ֣ן יְרִיח֔וֹ לְמֵ֥י יְרִיח֖וֹ מִזְרָ֑חָה הַמִּדְבָּ֗ר עֹלֶ֧ה מִירִיח֛וֹ בָּהָ֖ר בֵּֽית־אֵֽל׃
vayetse hagoral livne yosef miyarden yericho leme yericho mizrachah hamidbar oleh miricho bahar bet-el
2E de Betel sai a Luz, e passa ao termo dos arquitas em Atarote;
וְיָצָ֥א מִבֵּֽית־אֵ֖ל ל֑וּזָה וְעָבַ֛ר אֶל־גְּב֥וּל הָאַרְכִּ֖י עֲטָרֽוֹת׃
veyatsa mibet-el luzah veavar el-gevul haarki atarot
3E torna a descer até o mar ao termo dos jafletitas, até o termo de Bete-Horom a de abaixo, e até Gezer; e sai ao mar.
וְיָֽרַד־יָ֜מָּה אֶל־גְּב֣וּל הַיַּפְלֵטִ֗י עַ֣ד גְּב֧וּל בֵּית־חוֹרֹ֛ן תַּחְתּ֖וֹן וְעַד־גָּ֑זֶר וְהָי֥וּ תצאתו יָֽמָּה׃
veyarad-yamah el-gevul hayafleti ad gevul bet-choron tachton vead-gazer vehayu ttstv yamah
4Receberam, pois, herança os filhos de José, Manassés e Efraim.
וַיִּנְחֲל֥וּ בְנֵי־יוֹסֵ֖ף מְנַשֶּׁ֥ה וְאֶפְרָֽיִם׃
vayinchalu vene-yosef menasheh veefrayim
5E foi o termo dos filhos de Efraim por suas famílias, foi o termo de sua herança à parte oriental, desde Atarote-Adar até Bete-Horom a de acima:
וַיְהִ֛י גְּב֥וּל בְּנֵֽי־אֶפְרַ֖יִם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֑ם וַיְהִ֞י גְּב֤וּל נַחֲלָתָם֙ מִזְרָ֔חָה עַטְר֣וֹת אַדָּ֔ר עַד־בֵּ֥ית חוֹרֹ֖ן עֶלְיֽוֹן׃
vayhi gevul bene-efrayim lemishpchotam vayhi gevul nachalatam mizrachah atrot adar ad-bet choron elyon
6E sai este termo ao mar, e a Micmetá ao norte, e dá volta este termo até o oriente a Taanate-Siló, e daqui passa ao oriente a Janoa:
וְיָצָ֨א הַגְּב֜וּל הַיָּ֗מָּה הַֽמִּכְמְתָת֙ מִצָּפ֔וֹן וְנָסַ֧ב הַגְּב֛וּל מִזְרָ֖חָה תַּאֲנַ֣ת שִׁלֹ֑ה וְעָבַ֣ר אוֹת֔וֹ מִמִּזְרַ֖ח יָנֽוֹחָה׃
veyatsa hagvul hayamah hamichmtat mitsafon venasav hagvul mizrachah taanat shiloh veavar oto mimizrach yanochah
7E de Janoa desce a Atarote, e a Naarate, e cabe em Jericó, e sai ao Jordão.
וְיָרַ֥ד מִיָּנ֖וֹחָה עֲטָר֣וֹת וְנַעֲרָ֑תָה וּפָגַע֙ בִּֽירִיח֔וֹ וְיָצָ֖א הַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃
veyarad miyanochah atarot venaaratah ufaga biricho veyatsa hayarden
8E de Tapua torna este termo até o mar ao ribeiro de Caná, e sai ao mar. Esta é a herança da tribo dos filhos de Efraim por suas famílias.
מִתַּפּ֜וּחַ יֵלֵ֨ךְ הַגְּב֥וּל יָ֙מָּה֙ נַ֣חַל קָנָ֔ה וְהָי֥וּ תֹצְאֹתָ֖יו הַיָּ֑מָּה זֹ֗את נַחֲלַ֛ת מַטֵּ֥ה בְנֵי־אֶפְרַ֖יִם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָֽם׃
mitapucha yelech hagvul yamah nachal kanah vehayu totsotayv hayamah zot nachalat mateh vene-efrayim lemishpchotam
9houve também cidades que se apartaram para os filhos de Efraim em meio da herança dos filhos de Manassés, todas cidades com suas aldeias.
וְהֶעָרִ֗ים הַמִּבְדָּלוֹת֙ לִבְנֵ֣י אֶפְרַ֔יִם בְּת֖וֹךְ נַחֲלַ֣ת בְּנֵֽי־מְנַשֶּׁ֑ה כָּֽל־הֶעָרִ֖ים וְחַצְרֵיהֶֽן׃
vehearim hamivdalot livne efrayim betoch nachalat bene-menasheh kal-hearim vechatsrehen
10E não expulsaram aos cananeus que habitavam em Gezer; antes restaram os cananeus em meio de Efraim, até hoje, e foram tributários.
וְלֹ֣א הוֹרִ֔ישׁוּ אֶת־הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֖י הַיּוֹשֵׁ֣ב בְּגָ֑זֶר וַיֵּ֨שֶׁב הַֽכְּנַעֲנִ֜י בְּקֶ֤רֶב אֶפְרַ֙יִם֙ עַד־הַיּ֣וֹם הַזֶּ֔ה וַיְהִ֖י לְמַס־עֹבֵֽד׃ פ
velo horishu et-haknaani hayoshev begazer vayeshev haknaani bekerev efrayim ad-hayom hazeh vayhi lemas-oved
