Jeremiah 45

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Westminster Leningrad Codex (WLC)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

hadavar asher diber yirmyahu hanavi el-baruch ben-neriyah bechatvo et-hadvarim haeleh al-sefer mipi yirmyahu bashanah harviit lihoyakim ben-yoshiyahu melech yehudah lemor

2Assim diz o SENHOR Deus de Israel, quanto a ti, Baruque:

כֹּֽה־אָמַ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל עָלֶ֖יךָ בָּרֽוּךְ׃

koh-amar Yahweh elohe yisrael alecha baruch

koh tomar elayv koh amar Yahweh hineh asher-baniti ani hores veet asher-natati ani notesh veet-kal-haarets hi

veatah tevakesh-lecha gedolot al-tevakesh ki hinni mevi raah al-kal-basar neum-Yahweh venatati lecha et-nafshcha leshalal al kal-hamkomot asher telech-sham
