Exodus 33
Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.
vaydaber Yahweh el-mosheh lech aleh mizeh atah vehaam asher heelita meerets mitsrayim el-haarets asher nishbati leavraham leyitschak ulyaakov lemor lezaracha etnenah

7E Moisés tomou o tabernáculo, e estendeu-o fora do acampamento, longe do acampamento, e chamou-o o Tabernáculo do Testemunho.
