2 Corinthians 3

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Textus Receptus (TR)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

1Por acaso começamos a recomendarmos a nós mesmos outra vez?

Ἀρχόμεθα πάλιν ἑαυτοὺς συνιστάνειν; Εἰ μὴ χρῄζομεν, ὥς τινες, συστατικῶν ἐπιστολῶν πρὸς ὑμᾶς, ἢ ἐξ ὑμῶν συστατικῶν;

archometha palin heautus sunistanein ei me chredzomen hos tines sustatikon epistolon pros humas e ex humon sustatikon

he epistole hemon humeis este engegrammene en tais kardiais hemon ginoskomene kai anaginoskomene hupo panton anthropon

pepoithesin de toiauten echomen dia tu christu pros ton theon

5Não que sejamos capazes de pensar alguma coisa de nós como [se fosse] de nós mesmos, mas nossa capacidade é de Deus;

uch hoti hikanoi esmen af heauton logisasthai ti hos ex heauton all he hikanotes hemon ek tu theu

ei de he diakonia tu thanatu en grammasin entetupomene en lithois egenethe en doxe hoste me dunasthai atenisai tus huius israel eis to prosopon moseos dia ten doxan tu prosopu autu ten katargumenen

πῶς οὐχὶ μᾶλλον ἡ διακονία τοῦ πνεύματος ἔσται ἐν δόξῃ;

pos uchi mallon he diakonia tu pneumatos estai en doxe

ei gar he diakonia tes katakriseos doxa pollo mallon perisseuei he diakonia tes dikaiosunes en doxe

kai gar ude dedoxastai to dedoxasmenon en tuto to merei heneken tes huperballuses doxes

ei gar to katargumenon dia doxes pollo mallon to menon en doxe

kai u kathaper moses etithei kalumma epi to prosopon heautu pros to me atenisai tus huius israel eis to telos tu katargumenu

all eporothe ta noemata auton achri gar tes semeron to auto kalumma epi te anagnosei tes palaias diathekes menei me anakaluptomenon ho ti en christo katargeitai

all heos semeron henika anaginosketai moses kalumma epi ten kardian auton keitai

henika d an epistrepse pros kurion periaireitai to kalumma

ho de kurios to pneuma estin hu de to pneuma kuriu ekei eleutheria
