2 Corinthians 13

Bíblia Livre (BLIVRE) + Textus Receptus (TR)

Hide the originalView word by word

Below each verse in the original comes an approximate reading, in italics, for anyone who wants to pronounce the text aloud. It is not academic transliteration: it does not mark stress or settle the cases that depend on grammatical analysis, and the four-letter Name is read “Yahweh”, by the founder’s decision — the Hebrew pointing instructs saying “Adonai”, and Portuguese Bibles render it “SENHOR”.

1Esta é a terceira vez [que] venho até vós; pela boca de duas ou três testemunhas toda palavra será firmada.

Τρίτον τοῦτο ἔρχομαι πρὸς ὑμᾶς. Ἐπὶ στόματος δύο μαρτύρων καὶ τριῶν σταθήσεται πᾶν ῥῆμα.

2Eu já tinha dito antes, e disse quando estive presente pela segunda vez, e agora ausente o escrevo aos que pecaram anteriormente, e a todos os demais, que se vier outra vez, não [lhes] serei tolerante;
